I take and encourage fic requests, but please follow these guidelines:
1. Your request must be a plot outline of some sort. Here are some past examples:
Simple: "Did you do the theme 'monster' yet? do that. one of them is abusive. there ya go" (fulfilled here)
Elaborate: "It should be told solely from one point of view and without dialogue (I know, hard, but challenges are fun & that's what this is supposed to be) & you'll have to kill off Megumi or something to make this work. Make it merely the inner thoughts of hyde and how he see things, what he mistakes things for, and how misconstrued he gets everything that's happening around him. Now, for tetsu. tetsu is trying to be totally unobvious that he likes hyde and it's actually rather obvious, hyde just can't see it. And then tetsu goes and does something dumb (what it is is up to you, be it drugs or death or getting with someone else) and hyde finally realizes that he likes tetsu and tetsu liked him back, but he was so busy that he couldn't see the forest full of trees. I think it makes good use of a played out cliché." (fulfilled here)
2. Your request must be for something that is physically possible. I do not do things such as male pregnancy, the appearance of ghosts, revival from the dead (aside from medical means of defibrilation, if that's really your thing), talking animals, mind reading, etc. I also will not write about gay marriage set in Japan, as gay marriage is only legal in England and a few other places(and, to some extent, Massachusetts). Things such as personal ceremonies are a possibility, but keep in mind that things like this don't always meet with anything close to the aproval of family, friends, etc. I will gladly write fiction that takes place in the past, present, or future, as long as by future you stick with a time frame that is conceivably within the characters' lifetime.
Of course, "possible" and "realistic" are separate things, and I do have a good time with things that are completely unrealistic. Such as this request for Pero x hyde's mother. Creative, silly, serious, off the wall--your request is up to you.
3. I am currently participating in a writing challenge using the pairings hydextetsu and tetsuxhyde. If you want something written with this pairing, please see the list of themes for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) 50stories below. I am no longer a member of 30_kisses; however, I will still take requests for hydexMegumi fiction using their themes. I will also write non-challenge pieces involving haitsu, Sakuhai, or hygumi.
I use the term "pairing" loosely. If you would like to see appearances by other logical characters, such as ken, yukihiro, sakura, Hiro, Pero, Kaz, or Gackt, this is both fine by me and something I do on my own anyway. This includes but is not limited to a) unrequited love in all forms b) cheating in all forms c) suggestive open endings d) an ex relationship e) actual dating or marriage
Please keep in mind that hyde is actually married to and has a son with Megumi. If you don't want her in the picture of a fic, there are plenty of ways to put her out of the picture. But please, for any fictions between 1998-2000, consider that hyde was more than likely in a relationship with her, and they married on Dec. 25, 2000. Common assumption has it that their son was born in November of 2003.
4. Select a theme from the appropriate list and form or modify your request so that it will suit a listed theme. I do not do repeats. Feel free to interpret themes loosely. As you saw in the example request for the "Forest" theme, there was no literal forest but rather the mention of a cliché regarding forests. Creative and abstract interpretations of a theme are welcome as long as they are clearly explained.
